I do not take returns, refunds, or exchanges. Most art is original or made to order (prints, commissions, and ceramics) This art is made to-order and can not be returned.

No cancellations after shipping.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me upon receiving with real time photo documentation for a replacement. I will make every reasonable effort to fix the situation. Often, it is the carrier’s fault and the best course of action in this instance is to contact the delivery service about their damage to your order to get a refund for your total.

Shipping Art work from on-line purchases is tricky business as all art work is of various sizes, weights, and etc. I do my best to estimate costs. Oversized art may need special shipping and crating that will change the cost of the shipping fee. I am not able to change your shipping speed once your order is placed.

There will be an initial estimated shipping cost factored in at checkout including the potential for a "free shipping" message, however the final cost prior to shipping will be determined and communicated to the buyer if there is a large gap in the total. This method will ensure for safe shipping and no damage to the artwork especially with oversized and fragile art.

If you are located outside of The United States of America, you are considered an international purchaser. It is your sole responsibility to pay any duties, taxes (including, but not limited to, GST and VAT) and customs fees. I will provide a commercial invoice as necessary by law. with your shipment.

Order Reversals and Cancellations

I reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order placed on my website, in part or in full, and will issue a refund accordingly.

I reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased by any given user or household at my sole discretion. We may restrict order quantities based on personal data provided by you, such as orders placed under the same customer account, orders placed on the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
